Refund Policy

Return window
You have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return. If more than 5 days have passed, we cannot accept the return.

Report damaged items
If your item is damaged, please email wowzoo@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with photos and/or video showing the damage. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted. We may refuse returns if the damage claim is not supported by proof.

Return conditions
To be eligible for return the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

We only accept returns for items damaged in transit or received in a defective condition. We do not accept returns for “changed your mind” or general dissatisfaction.

Return costs
Customers are responsible for reverse-shipping fees (₹100–₹370 depending on the product). Wow Zoo will not cover reverse-shipping charges.

Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal-care items
  • Sticky items (double-sided tape), FlexiRack, underwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items

Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in some cases (for example: opened media — CDs/DVDs, books with obvious signs of use, or items missing parts not due to our error).

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Refunds
We generally do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse. Refunds are only issued for approved returns that meet the criteria above and are usually processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Late or missing refunds
If you were approved for a refund but haven’t received it:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your card issuer — refunds can take time to post.
  3. Contact your bank.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the returned item. If the gift giver purchased and received the order, refunds will be issued to them.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched. If you must cancel before dispatch (emergency only), a 10% cancellation fee will apply and the remaining amount will be refunded after the fee is deducted.
