Shipping Rates

• Prepaid orders: Free shipping — no shipping or handling charges.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available for select products and during sales. COD charges may apply.
• Returns: If you return an item, reverse-shipping or COD return fees may be charged when applicable.

Order Processing
We process orders on business days (Monday–Friday). Most orders are handed to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time
Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days for most serviceable pin codes. In rare cases (bad weather, strikes, remote addresses, stock issues, etc.) delivery may take longer.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow its progress.
