Return and refund policy

At Wowzoo, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.


Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must provide unboxing video or image proof clearly showing the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate or personal care items (e.g. undergarments, hygiene products).
  • Perishable or hazardous goods.
  • Sale or discounted items (only regular-priced products are eligible for return).

Shipping & Return Charges

  • If you are returning the product because you simply didn’t like it, you must bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, return shipping will be free (proof required).
  • In other cases, standard return shipping charges (₹100–₹370 depending on location) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Note

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof will be rejected.

Wowzoo reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
